New apps; IRC Indexer, PNG splitter

I figured it'd be an interesting way to teach myself data indexing and parser optimisation; it was. Now I can search 160MB of logs neigh-on instantly ^_^ Technical details / numbers / code on the ii page~

Also, a PNG splitter; originally intended to chop a mock-up screenshot into actual usable pixmaps and generate theme files for a variety of apps; now it just does the chopping. Again it gets a page.
